Wings and Wheels 08 ** PICS **

Made it out to the show for a few hours before the Huey crew advised the thunderstorms were rolling in....time to go!

Hooked up with Paul and his dad and met Ed (gold68ht), his ride was big and green and went WHOOP WHOOP as it flew out : )

-SCT X-CAL 2(87 octane/280HP 295TQ-Bamachips)
-Pypes O/R H
-MAC Mufflers
-4.10 FRPP gears
-Cobra 340C(18x8.5 & 18x10)
-Nitto NT555 255/45 295/45
1/4 mile Bests:
E.T.-13.109
MPH-107.62
Best MPG:
23.77(after above mods)

It WAS a good time. Sucks alot that we couldn't stay longer, but our Opns. section screwed us by putting the same aircraft on a mission the next day. It actually worked out for us that we didn't wind up working all day, but it cut into my BS'ng time with Juan and the car crowd.

Mother Nature - 1, Ed - 0 ..........Eh.

Had an overall good time meeting up with Juan and got some good pictures of the classic iron on display there. I'll post up some shots later this evening... Juan, that '66 is gorgeous!

Buddy, you're killing me, do you know that? Laughing I just don't have the cash for it, and the wife would divorce me for bringing another one home.

HEY !!!! My dad and I had a good time out there and their was alot of GORGEOUS cars to look see. The motorcycles were nice, roughly 16 there. The remote control plane and helicopter was very cool those two guys knew their stuff. All and all a good time, if they have the show again next year I will go.

I use Flickr as it allows you to upload your original file and then it allows you the choice of several different sizes for posting purposes(from full size all the way down to avatar size). I've never had any problems with the site and have over 1200 pics uploaded.
