Stupid@SS Customer Service

Ok....so the shipping company just called me about my new wheels for my car.....explaining they couldn't ship them just yet because they were having issues processing my order. Apparently they ran my card a few times but it wouldn't go through for some reason......i verified the information i gave them when i fisrt purchsed them and everything was correct, BUT again my card would not process the transaction....WTF!!! why after 2 and a half days am i being called now??!! anyway, after the sales rep and i went back and forth for a while trying to figure out the problem i realized he was saying my name a little weird....hmmmm. so i asked him again what my name was.....he was calling me "Rora"......what the hell dude, it's LAURA!!! come to find out that's why my order wasn't being processed...they had the wrong name!!! when it was perfectly spelled on the order i sent through on their website...IDIOTS!!! mind you, i could go forth and b!tch about how he was of middle eastern descent, but i don't want to offend anybody......damn H*J*s!!!

so gravy, right?! the problem is fixed....so i ask him how soon will they arrive? "Ummmm, well, ummmm, maam......." i explained there is no need to BS me, just give me a simple answer!! he again begins to stutter and finally spits out he's not sure because there are some MORE issues with my order.....what the hell, i thought we fixed it!! apparently they are out of stock with the black chrome 18x10's and the 285 tires i ordered. Ok, i have no problem with that....no biggie, i'm patient...not really though....but i can wait...it happens!! but he then starts to mouth off some random sh!t about these other 18x10 wheels i could purchase and other tires..........mind you i ordered the saleen style wheels, and he suggests ordering 18x10 bullitts!!! ummmmm, so let me get this straight, this guy wants me to order saleen style18x9 black chrome for the front and then put 18x10 chrome bullits on the rear.....WTF!!!! does this guy even know about mustangs, or cars for that matter....i mean c'mon now, i'm not the smartest when it comes to certain things on mustangs, but i know my basics.....and i'm pretty damn sure that saleen wheels mixed with bullit wheels would look ABSOLUTELY RETARDED!!!!! i'm just saying......

after all was said and done and he tried to use his sales pitch on me for the bullits, i politely, but buring up inside, turned down his offer. i was so irritated by this guys stupidness that i didn't even have the courage to ask him AGAIN when the wheels would arrive.......so i ended up hanging up the phone with an alter ego(Rora) and not knowing when i will get my wheels.................... :duu:

Sorry to hear about that RORA lol. Where did you order them from so i know where not to go for anything?

yeah im with bernie....i would have said forget it...taken my business and money elsewhere. you know to someone that would appreciate the business and get my order right the 1st time....

i actually took the time to call the manager.....he understood my frustration and is speding up the process....and even not charging me for shipping!! so i'll sit and see what happens...but defniitely not ordering from them again!!

I can just imagine that phone call.

are there any other sites u can look at? cancel w/ them and get someone else?

I see them advertising a lot on allfordmustangs forum but I haven't seen anything positive or negative about them. I ordered my set from American Muscle and they were on my car in less than 72 hours. AM ships out of Malvern, PA and they have awesome customer svc and prices ain't bad either when you consider the discounts and free shipping. You should give them a try if it's not too late and if they have the rims you want.

Same here. I got my rims real quicklike from AM...like a couple days. It was awesome!

i looked on AM but they only have the the hyperblack saleens for the new edges not s197's

i'm willing to give these guys a chance.......i've asked/looked around myself and have heard good things about cruzin concepts and AM.....

i didn't go in to detail about the phone call with the manager, but to sum it up i basically told him he might want to consider relocating or firing the guy i talked to.......he told me i wasn't the first one to complain about him. i think these guys are legit, i just got stuck with a retard H*JI!!! sorry if i offend anyone with that comment.......

That has got to suck big time! Talk about retarded when your name is spelled correctly right in front of them and they put it in wrong elsewhere for your order...DEE DEE DEE!!!!! Those were wasted days and your wheels might have been here by this weekend! He obviously knows nothing about motorized vehicles in general if he was mentioning mixing wheel styles! Bullitts + Saleens would look like complete a$$ UNLESS it was Saleens up front with Bullitts wearing track tires in the rear, but for as little as wheels cost, getting a matching set for track duty isn't that big of a deal...even I did it! Of all my purchases for the '06 the past two years, the site I was most concerned about ordering from was mrbodykit.com for my Cobra wheels, but they were shipped in a week in perfect shape! I usually deal with AM, CDC, SHR, PartsCheap, CJPonyparts and tirerack and have NEVER had a problem to even notify CS...yet.

BTW...the black chrome Saleens will no doubt look super sexy on that white Stang of yours, Laura (not going to stoop as low to call you "Rora")

This isn't your car, but I Shop'd on some black chrome Saleens off of CCs site.
