Im Broke!!!!

Well I just settled on my first house...So lets just say I wont be adding many mods 2 my car any time soon...So if anyone wants 2 make some donations 2 the Zak Porta Mod Fund you can pm for my mailing address. HAHAHA jk...Just though i would share w/ everyone i bought a house i was a bit excited but now my baby will be suffering b/c of it...even though i just ordered lowering springs

I remember when I bought my house... It was pretty eventfull... especially since I purchased mine at the top of the market... I just didnt see it falling, so your in a way better position than I was. I paid a hefty price for a fixer upper...

Will, nice sig! thats the first i've seen your car. I had no idea you did the gt500 front end conversion. That car is bad ass my friend.

I know how the whole house thing and car mod drought goes! I had three prior Stangs + mortgage and VERY little mod money! Most I did to all three total was mufflers for all three, wheels for one, lowering springs for two, shifter for one, clutch for one, shift kit for one, sub and amp for one and tinted windows for one! That was over the course of nearly ten years! Now that I don't have a mortgage, I'm going nearly all out on the '06 while I can, because I know once I have the mortgage/rent again, mods will be next to nothing.

Congrats. I brought my house in September. So I know the feeling. Now I am getting use to the higher bills. In my condo I only had to pay for electric so in the 7 years I was there I never got a BGE bill over $100. Just got a bill from them and nearly passed out.
