Roommate Needed!

hey you all,

i was wondering if anyone/anyone know of someone looking for a roommate? i currently live in Rockville. my current lease ends in March and my current roommate has decided to move out. i am willing to relocate. looks like i will be spending the weekend looking for a new place......maybe a townhouse with a garage. anyone know of anything for rent or selling? i figured i would come to you all for this since we are family......thanks!

but seriously you should ask around walter reed theres always soldiers pcsing and needing roomates there. And so you know Ive been looking at renting a house here lately, you should too (same price rent as apts now since people cant sell like they want too).

LOL.....you guys crack me up. i figured why the hell not post this on here.......living with guys is sooooo much easier!! women can be such a pain in the ass......and if you get a couple together in one house, lookout 'cause it can get ugly. trust me, having 6 chicks in my hooch over seas for a year was horrible!!

You could try 'realtor.com', and type in your zip code / price range. That's how I found my condo.

lol yea but just make sure to get separate bathrooms cuase livin with a woman is cool for guys too (cause they bring over more women :-)) but having to share a bathroom....not so cool.

PS I just found a place on CL today- 3br,2bath townhouse (no garage but private parking spot where garage would be) for 1500/mth in arlington. Lucky Icalled too I just dropped off the deposit on my way from airport and beat the other guy that wanted it by 5min

where are these duplexs and how much are they going for?

well i just bought my first house in elkridge and my dad bought the empty lot next 2 it....so were are gunna build a set of duplexes on the empty lot, im going 2 buy one and he will sell the other, after i sell him my house next 2 them he will tear them down and build another set. The ones in the neighborhood are right above 300 in this crappy market so if it turns around i can see them going around 350....
