when we went 2 martinsville we got passes into his hospitality tent and got 2 meet him...i got a hat sign for my aunt since she loves him and when he asked my dad do u want me 2 sign anything he just said NO...hahaha jeff looked at him and was like what!??!

But, I will tell you that I have been a fan of Gordon's since his first race though, so bite your tongue, hippie!!

So you were 11-13 then? November of '92. Was it your parent's doing or did you just think he was cute and drove a rainbow car? LOL!!!!!! We see younger kids at the track with Gordon stuff on and the parents do too...we just attribute that to bad parenting!!!!!! J/King! We can't all like the same driver, so somebody has to like the hated drivers... Also, Gordon is NOT the driver with the most wins...that would be Richard Petty at 200. At 81 wins, he is the current full time active driver leader (johnson-40, Martin-35), but in overall wins, Gordon is 6th, behind Yarborough (83), Waltrip and Allison (84), Pearson (105) and Petty (200). In win %, Gordon is way down in 9th. Johnson passed him for 8th just last season.

Yeah, I was 12. And to my parent's credit, they disapproved of my NASCAR infatuation. At the time, his attitude thrilled me. But I've never been much of a "rainbow" girl....
