5/14-17/09 Cruisin OC 2009

Hopefully Bethel's offer is still on the table for Saturday night. I will gladly pay.

if not i think we might have a room or 2 open for all crashers. i would say a couch too but that thing sucks.

not sure when i will be heading down. i would like to leave thursday but, again, it all depends on my work schedule. if anything i will be leaving friday after work. hopefully in the nick of time to drink it up!

yea i took friday off and that monday too.

I got a confirmation letter from OC Crusin 2009 that said the 3000 car limit has been met for the inlet. You can still buy tickets to the show but no more cars are being registered. You may want to contact them.

i dont think many of us can put our cars in the show. its for older cars. Some of us are going down for the mustang show at Castaways on that saturday.

i dunno if im goin down or not... been spending 2 much money lately... but i might be able 2 stay w/ the grandparents

I'm headed down Weds night and then Bernie is coming down Thurs morning. I'm def going to Castaways on Sat. that was so fun last year. Bernie and I had great parking spots too. We sat on Coastal Highway looking at cars rolling by all day, while having pina coladas and margaritas.

So I think most of us will be at the MCOM show on Sat at Castaways, that cruise in is a blast, and on Fri there is a dinner cruise with MCOM

"As you all might already know, There will be a Friday night cruise in Ocean City. We will meet up at Castaways on 64th street at 4pm. Friday May 15th. We should leave there around 4:30 and head south towards the inlet. Since we cant go in the inlet at the stop sign we have to make a left and head back north. From there we will continue north into Delaware. Once in Delaware there will be a parking lot on the right about 2 miles past the boarder. That's where we can regroup. From there we head north again to the Bethany Blues BBQ where they have wonderful food. Those who went last year loved the food!"

I know I'm going on it.
And I know there going out somewhere for drinks on sat night, we could join them.

And we have kind of started a tradition lest year of MPSF going to Hoopers crab house for dinner on sat night before the bar or whatever for dinner, I'd like to do this again, what do you all think.
We're going to have a blast!

The one time I've been to Hoopers I wasn't at all impressed.

As for the Thursday group heading down, what time is everyone trying to head down?

I'll be heading down on Friday. I think I'll try to hit the road some time late morning after rush hour.

If i am able to get off work Firday i would love to cruise with you all on Thursday..........

and if not, Friday will work too!!

Currently I'm planning on Thursday-Sun, but I may bail on this one...

Dont know what time yet Bernie, but I'll let you know, as for Hoopers, its not great by no means, but its not awful either, we usually get the all you can eat, Chicken BBQ Rib's and all the other stuff is pretty good, shrimp are small, and don't bother with the crab, but they put us at a big table all together, and we have a good time, you know how crazy this group gets when you put us all together.

Work stuff came up today. At best, I'll try to be down there Wed-Sun, at worst Sat overnight to Sunday. I think I'll call the hotel and see if I can get the extra day anyhow, and just eat it if I can't make it down. I could use a five day...

Ahhhhhh yes, work.........sorry to hear. The same reason why I have yet to reserve a room anywhere, and will most likely be finding some where to crash.
