Southern Maryland Mustang Club Spring Fling Car Show

Southern Maryland Mustang Club's 3rd annual spring fling car/truck show to be held at Sneade's Ace Hardware Store,
11861 H.G. Trueman Rd., Lusby, MD 20657
Date- April 25th, 2009, rain date May 2
Time- 10am - 3pm
This is an ALL FORD bodied/powered show to help benefit the Southern Maryland Food Bank, and the Greyt Expectations Greyhound Rescue Program. Please visit www.somdmustang.org for more info and pre-registration forms.

MIR is an hour and 3/4's from me.

OK, I'm just sayin how far MIR is from me.

not sure where in Moco you are but it's about 70m from Silver Spring to Lusby. Come of the beltway on MD 4 and go just about as far as you can Easy drive with very few lights except right off the beltway and a couple in P Fredrick.

we typically draw 40-50 cars and trucks for this show and we have more than 20 trophies so chances of winning are very good. Classes are 64 1/2 - 69, 70-78, Foxes, sn95s and s197s mustangs, trucks, and non-mustang cars. Top 3 in each. Also, two sponsor's choices and the Boy Scouts are giving a trophy too. 24 in all.

I just wanted to post up the flyer for this show, as well as bring the thread back up. It would be awesome to have a good MPSF showing, as well as coming out and supporting the SMMC folks; they came out and joined in our cruise yesterday and the show supports a couple of good causes that are definitely in need of any help they can get.

Its not that long of a drive bernie i've been to brians and by rays house before. it wasnt that bad of a drive at all. we can drive down together if you want

For those that went on the cruise yesterday, this local is about 10mins north of where the tea party was.

Gotta work that weekend and the rain date is another car show much closer to home and also the Richmond NASCAR race I'm attending later that day.

So I guess you wont be making it?

I may be there, I did this show 2 years ago when Blue has stock.

Just want to bump this back up since the show is THIS SATURDAY! Weather looks to be perfect, hope to see some of you peeps out this way.

Maybe we can get a cruise together for after the show or something.....
