Looks like the first one, I'm not sure the manufacturer, but its called the California Dreaming hood, the second one is the Concept hood, it was the hood that ford put on the original Concept Car S197 Mustang, you can buy it aftermarket now, but it doesn't have a rise, its at the same level as the stock hood, the California Dreaming Hood has about a 2 inch rise and a small gap at the rear of the hood for heat extraction, as well as functional front scoops that ducts the cold air rite to the CAI.

Every time you guys post a new hood pic, I get jealous and I'm reminded how much I love John's (KoolDawg's). I think that's the Steeda unit. Man, I am SO gonna spend way too much money in 2010!!

It is the Steeda and btw...it looks killer with the BOSS paint scheme
