Just wondering... which performs better, a cold air intake that has the filter in the firewall or one that is under the hood.?

the fenderwell CAI worked ok (sometimes) when my car was stock but with my new heads, cam and intake manifold that bend in the CAI piping before the MAF sensor caused driveability issues so i ended up with the under hood setup. then i decided to hit up Anderson Motorsports and ordered a naturally aspirated Anderson Powerpipe which routes into the fender and relocates the MAF sensor and air filter into the fender. gets it all away from all that heat and the filter is right in front of the MAF sensor. car ran perfect. so if i were you i would go with the Anderson NA Power Pipe or just get a under hood CAI its up to you
