Lots of miles put on April the past week!

Being that I just hit 94K miles on Sunday evening last week, I knew I had done quite a bit of driving as I passed 95K on the way in to work this morning I sat down while I was so busy at work today of where I had driven since Wednesday! I was quite shocked when I saw it all written down on paper! Just a little bit ago, when I got home from work, I used good ol' Google Maps and got the distances to all the trips (not including the little bit of extra driving during those stops like driving around yesterday with Nate running errands)!
Here is the breakdown:
Weds afternoon: Justin and I went to Sis's house in Aylett, VA...54.1 miles
Sis's house back home (Fredericksburg, VA)...54.1 miles

Thurs afternoon: Karen and I went to Sis's house in Aylett, VA...54.1 miles
Sis's house back home (Fredericksburg, VA)...54.1 miles

Fri morning: Karen and I went out to Ben's (my friend from high school) house in Ruckersville, VA...59.7 miles
Ben's house back home in Fredericksburg, VA...59.7 miles
Stayed long enough to drop stuff off and pack up things to take to Bronson's for Saturday, then headed up
to Waldorf, MD to meet up with Brian at Memories for the concert...70 miles

Sat morning: Left Memories at about 1:40 am for Bronson's house...47.3 miles
Left for home in Fredericksburg, VA around 12:15 am Sunday morning...71.4 miles

Sun morning: Left home for Shooters in Severna Park, MD (not including either of the three stops for meeting up with
those to cruise to Shooters)...91.1 miles
Back to home in Fredericksburg, VA...91.1 miles

Mon morning: Went to Nate's house...33.8 miles
Left for home in Fredericksburg, VA around 1 pm to get my things for work on Tuesday
Left for Sis's house in Aylett, VA around 2:15 pm...54.1 miles
Left Sis's for Karen's Dad's at 7:30 pm in Fort Washington, MD...97.4 miles

Tues morning: Left for work in Woodbridge, VA...30.5
Went home after work in Fredericksburg, VA...31.5 miles

Grand Total since Weds afternoon: 987.8 miles

holy crap batman. i can only imagine the fuel costs with that....lol

John you need a beater so you can keep some of those miles off her.

I've thought about getting a beater, but I had one (the Jetta), but it got super boring super quick, even though it had the killer sound system compared to the stock Stang system. I like creature comforts and have gotten very used to them. It is no surprise that I've put so many miles on such a great car

Pretty cool, John, and certainly some good times! I put over half those miles on the Cobra just going back and forth to work five days a week, which is much more boring.

I'm with you John, but it looks like you'll beat me to that 100,000 mark, I'm at 84,000 and just a few month's ago you and I where neck and neck somewhere around 70,000.
As for the beater, if I have a choice between Blue and some other thing setting in the lot, I'm taking Blue, and the beater will just be costing me insurance money for nothing, cars are made to drive.

I dont know why but I got to 60k real fast then stopped for some reason...
