So when I bought this car, I bought the extended service plan. Mistake!! I've gotten all my oil changes from Koon's Ford in Annapolis. Today they tell me "we cant get your car on the rack and can't change the oil because we can't get it on the lift"?? How about try a JACK dumba$$!!!! Are Ford techs that stupid??

Its called asking another tech to help lift the car so you can put the lift under it. i worked for acura/honda seen some slammed cars and never had problems. just ask for help. only used the jack once on a S2000. people just dont want to put more effort or thought into anything anymore
