I've got a '99 F150 that needs new brake lines, who do you know that has them for a decent price.

You can pick up brake line at any a/p store. I doubt you'll find them prebent fro the dealer.

Did they rust? Common problem on fords.

Yes, lots of rust. I called Packer Norris Parts this morning and Steve is hooking me up with a club discount. So along with the brake lines, I'm also getting a couple of other things I've been trying to put off.
