Cobra Rocker Panels and Mirrors!! Updated w/Pics!

Well I am trying to get a hold of some Cobra rocker panels and mirrors for my ride. I like the look and it looks like I am holding on this one until the 50th 5.0 comes out at least. I think I can get a hold of a complete set of rockers ad mirrors for 700.00 shipped. The only problem is I would have to get them painted to match.

Opinions?

nah car looks good with mach 1 lip, black bullitts, and no spoiler and 700 dollars can go to the 50th anniversary GT fund. i know im not spending crazy loot on my car anymore unless something breaks since im going to be buying a newer mustang

Ok here might be a little surprise for you. I know for sure that the rockers come from ford pre painted. I believe it is the same for the Ends as well. Contact Steve at Tousley ford.

I did and I got quoted about 460.00 plus shipping. I think the mirrors are 350.00 a piece new so I figure 700 is about 350 for the mirrors and 350 for the rockers. I am getting the trunk lid holes filled and painted to match so I can get them to do the rockers and mirrors all at once.

so the 50th anniv would be 2014? Rumor has it they are changing the body style again in 2014 and going away from the retro styling. should be interesting.

why not just get the sideskirts and have your stock mirrors painted to match? save some $$$

I like the Cobra mirrors because of the fact that they fold in and have both the black and car color.

I'll have to check the voicemail.

Got the Mirrors and Rocker Panel, Now I need to get some quote's. Need to get them painted to match and my trunk spoiler holes filled and als painted.

Also, my wheels are peeling the coating on the machined lip? What can I do to fix this? They look crappy close up!!

Dropped of my trunk to get the wholes filled and painted and also dropped off the rocker panels and mirrors to get them done too. Be done in two weeks.

L & M off of Route 1 and 234. They have only been there a month, it's their second body shop. They came highly recommended from my buddy.

So my recommendation wasn't good enough.

By the way I got the pieces from the body shop . Will install them tomorrow. Here are some pics of the parts and of the the car before install.
