6-25-11 Century Ford, Mt. Airy, MD All Ford show 10:00 - 2:00, Local radio station will broadcast throughout the day.
$15 members, $20 non members Stunt driver Andy Gardner will demonstrate driving his 5.0 mustang sideways on 2 wheels. Rides will be givin for a seperate fee.

For those of you who have never been in a car on two wheels riding inches from the ground on the passenger side, it is AWESOME! Andy is a hell of a driver, and what ever the charge is worth every penny!

I may join you all. I did not plan on any car shows this summer (having too much fun autocrossing and track time at Summit Point since we decided to keep the car) but Joe is my next door neighbor and the stunt driving sounds pretty cool.

It will be good to see you Mark, glad to hear you might join us.

A portion of the profits of this event will be given to Adopt-a-Pet Center, Carroll Shelby Foundation, and Fisher House.

We committed to a BBQ that day but I think we may be able to squeeze this one in. I'll talk with Laura...

All - We're trying something new for the kids, so bring 'em! We are going to do a Kid's Choice Award where the kids judge the coolest car! Parents - No bribing them...OK, at least don't leave marks...and you can't leave them with us if you lose! Kids will get judging badges, and will have voter forms. Forms will be tallied and the winner has the Kid's Choice Coolest Car. The contest winner receives a custom trophy by 12 year old Tamsyn Long featuring a vintage 1950's Ford hubcap! So bring the kids and get them involved!!!

I'll be in NC this weekend but my car isn't show worthy anyway. Maybe it will be one day

My mini-me is looking forward to being a judge for the Kids Choice Award. His words to me:

"You better not think I'm going to vote for you Dad!".......

Cheeky bugger.... thankfully I don't own a car worthy of entry, otherwise we would have a family feud on our hands! LOL

Looking forward to seeing some classics on Saturday as well.

There's going to be some really fun contest! Between the raffels and contest were giving away around $1,000 worth of goodies! Plus were having a live band, and you can ride in Andy's mustang on 2 wheels! Well be giving away a ride in his car as a door prize! You can miss this on. The voting is peoples choice. So get your Stangs in gear and come out!
