DHL was the cheapest I found to ship my trunklid, and it was $100

there are size limits before it is considered freight. IIRC its 70"

The bumper is 72" IIRC and with packing it would be close to 75"+

When they shipped my Jeep bumper to me it was via UPS ground I believe. All they did was wrap it with that cling wrap or whatever it is and it took an hour to take off.
