I believe this isn't going to be easy this time around... I have missed quite a few gatherings to accurately gauge this year's competition...

Let's see...
Laura for getting her Stang into the 12.4s!!!!!
Crazy Mike for NOT destroying/blowing his up...yet!!!!!
Nate for having one badass ride!!!!!
Zak for having another badass ride!!!!!
Ed's Stang for undergoing some more mods and surpassing 100K miles and quite possibly pass April (118K)!!!!!
Not a Stang, but Bryce having a 12 second Focus!!!!!
Bethel would be in for the running had the workmanship not sucking!!!!!
Will's car STILL not running...long enough...
Let's here some other's ideas...

Re: **Stang of the Year - Nominations**
My nomination goes out to Nate. I always end up changing my pants every time I scroll across his picture.
and another nomination goes out to James and his 5.0.
He only has axle-backs on it and plasti-dipped wheels, but this car is one beast. And of it's multiple nicknames, Ditch Digger is one of them. Refer to this picture from the Eastern Shore Cruise and you can see why this car is truly Ford craftsmanship. (And the grass happened to act as a pillow lol)
And the car drives away with no damage but two small scratches. Unbelievable.
and another nomination goes out to James and his 5.0.

Re: **Stang of the Year - Nominations**
After seeing the pic of James' car again... I can easily see how he thought it was just a regular shoulder! Whoever is responsible for the upkeep of that land really should have the grass cut in a way you can easily tell there is a 2 foot concrete drop off there!!!!!
"Built Ford Tough" is usually only synonymous with their F Series, but in James' case it easily applied!!!!! Never have I seen a car take such a violent impact, get sent up in the air, slam back down on the undercarriage and ONLY suffer a paint chip on the front bumper and a bumper tab pop off the fender!!!!! After seeing James' arm at the Holiday Hootenanny last weekend, he appeared more scarred than the GT!

Re: **Stang of the Year - Nominations**
I am going to have to change my thinking on SOTY. I usually vote for the road warriors. The rides that get it done on the street and strip with looks being secondary.......But, Nate's ride has my vote. Very clean and the mods make it one of a kind in my book. Well done Nate!!!

Thank you everyone
My vote is for James. I haven't been very active on here this last year and James is overly active and he is a road warrior. Props to James
