Hockey Tickets?

Probably a long shot but anyone have any connections to get hockey tickets? I'm trying to find some tickets to the Capitals Penguins game on 2/22 or 3/8 .

Scalpers will be outside and you can get them under face value, but beware... there are plain clothes cops either watching or acting like a scalper... DC sucks where they will arrest you...

I've searched ebay and stubhub along with craigslist but thought someone might have season tickets they werent using or something. I thought the cops could only arrest people selling the tickets not buying? I donno but i'd want to have the tickets before i got there. How did you get such good seats? I want to sit by the Pens bench, i am a penguins fan. I'll be buying two tickets so i really dont want to spend more than $300 total. I have plenty of time but wanted to start looking. Thanks guys
