RPM Outlet SUCKS!

Dammit, I bought a sniper tuner from RPM Outlet, free overnight shipping, well they charged me $12 shipping, not exactly free, and its been all week and no product, no tracking, no return emails, and you cant get anyone on the phone, THEY SUCK!!!, I said I would never use this one but its called for here you RPM OUTLET!!!, and now I'm seeing more crap about them on all the forums, WARNING, DONT USE THEM!!!, I sure as hell wont again.

RPMOutlet is known for it's shipping and communication problems. I first ran into problems back in late 2005 when they wouldn't take the wrong exhaust back and pay the shipping. Just Google "RPMOutlet sucks" and you'll get the picture.

sorry to hear that. ive always heard mixed reviews about them, but for the mostpart the reviews leaned towards negative.

you would think after so much bad press on them they would try to turn it around. But it looks like they are still up to the same things. Sorry you got caught up in there mess. Hope it works out.

OK so get this, the $12, it was totally my mistake, they didn't charge me a shipping fee, they told me so in a email, it said "There is a processing fee of twelve dollars on all orders placed through RPM Outlet." gee, how could I have been so distrusting, well at least I did get a tracking #, and according to UPS it should be in today.

I know this sounds picky of me but i wouldn't order anything from them because i dont like how their site is all layed out.
