Drinks Thursday Night??

Anyone up for getting together for some drinks after work? I need to take a breather, especially after today(lost a patient of mine) and would love some company. Any takers?

i would like to go for some drinks, but i work in the evenings to night unlike most 9 to 5 people. what time were you planning on going?

Basically the government hasn't reinstated my contract with Walter Reed yet. Supposedly it went in for review and reinstatement a month ago. Who knows when and if it will get reinstated. At this point i can't do anything but sit and wait.

Im sure it'll be ok laura. you said its already in for review. Hopefully you wont have to wait long.

L. The surgeon's you work for love you and the team you work for loves you. They will step it up until it gets approved. I know I personally hate not knowing, but deep down inside you have to know they couldnt do their jobs as good without you. If you still want to go to happy hour let us know. Drinks are on me. I owe you anyways. Just let me know so I can go home early and let Tank out for a bit.

Thanks guys!! I appreicate the support. My docs are pulling for me in every way. Just is a very scary feeling not knowing when i will be working again, since this job is my main income! It could pan out tomorrow, next week, or another month for that matter. I HATE sitting in limbo!


Not sure about drinks as of right now. I am still at work trying to figure things out. I will let you know.
