Hey everybody. Here's a Nissan Altima that I did over the summer. I did quite a few others but my camera broke and well I just haven't gotten around to getting a new one yet. As you can see it was in pretty rough shape when I got it and I think it had a nice turn around. The pics don't really do justice to how bad it was and how it really turned out. I realize I wasn't able to get everything out but in the famous words of my friend and mentor Allen, "You can only polish a turd so much!" LOL

Here's the basic rundown of what I did:
Washed with Meguiars Deep Crystal and Simple Green by two buckets method
Clay bar, 3 passes on the hood and once everywhere else
Then I started with 1z polish on an orange pad for 2 passes for the hood, 1 pass on the roof and decklid
Then 2 passes of Menzerna 106 on an orange pad on the hood, 1 pass on the roof and decklid
Then two passes of Optimum Poli-Seal on a white pad on the hood, and once everywhere else
Then hand waxed with Pinnacle Signature Series II Carnuba Wax

I used a PC 7424

I'm very impressed. It would be interesting to see what magic could bring out the shine on my tired '97 Mustang GT convertible...

Awesome work!! You even use the higher end products as well. Most people I have seen that do it for a primary job use the cheap off the shelf products. The owner of the Altima has to be impressed.

The owners jaw dropped...lol He was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the results. I only use products the products that I use on my car because that's the kind of work I would expect and appreciate from someone if they were doing my car. Thanks for the compliments!!
