You would have to see if a SCT tuner for your year can change your speedo. I know it will for the 05+. Ive installed a speedo correction box in a few that ive done. I had problems with one of them. They revised the dip switch positions and didnt have any paperwork with it. So, I had to make a ton of phone calls to get the correct switch position.
What gears do you have in it now?

Juan will just need a tuner (like SCT) to change the ratio. He won't need a new tune or anything like that.

I have the stock gears. I am about to pull the trigger on some Ford Racing 3.73 with the install kit from AM .

Bob is the president of the mustang club of maryland and works on mustangs all the time at his garage. He's in westminster so thats a long haul for you down in virginia but he does good work. I am going to have him install my gears once I pull the trigger on them.
