Oh man, I would totally be there, that's close to me, but I have a funeral to go to this saturday. My grandpa's sister passed away, and normally I wouldn't go to someone that distant, but my family is coming in from halfway across the country and I want to see them. Sad

OK show just a little disappointed with the judging. The rules stipulated you needed to have windows, tops, trunks and hoods open or you would not be judged! However found several to get voted on and a few won top 10? HUMMMMM wonder if there is any club participation in that????????? These shows need to be judged by participants only not by club officials. Just my oppinion and they are like a$$holes we all have one. Props go out to the Original KR500 and the AC cobra best two cars there. The KR500 deserved dealers choice.

It's hard for me to say this but welcome to MCOM judging. The number of events has decreased significantly over the years, and well...you saw first hand yesterday some of the problems. Bob Thompson can hopefully re-energize that club. He's got the right ideas.

I loved that Shelby KR yesterday, and that faux late model cobra built from a 6 cylinder starter car. Personally, in my opinion, your car should have won the 2005+ class hands on. Ah well, good luck at the VA show....

For clarification, the Factory Five Cobra replica is built with a frame and body that is built to the original Cobra dimensions with upgraded materials and suspension. Based on published specs, it would probably do 0-60 in under 4 seconds and handle at 1g on the skidpad. BTW, drop top made best interior and best paint today in VA. Good job, and thanks for the compliment. Maybe we will see you guys in Glen Burnie next weekend.

I went to the Bob Bell show last year and won't go again. There were 41 Mustangs including 5 or 6 stock or lightly modded V6 Mustangs. We had 3 boosted Focuses there, all cleaned to the teeth, and all 40 trophies went to Mustangs, even the stock V6 Mustangs beat out 3 boosted Focuses.... Yeah, way too biased and won't go again.

This is how it is with any MCA judged show unfortunately. Very strict, and very anal. Hopefully some new leadership can turn that club around in lots of ways.
