Thinking about painting my center console all black (right now its composed of tan, blue and light blue). Anybody ever paint anything interior-wise? Mostly concerned about if it were to get scratched, would it show the original color?

Yes it will show the original color. Look around for black interiors parts and just replace them

yes there is vinyl spray paint and fabric paint. I too recommend that you try to replace whatever you can with black parts if possible. I redid my first car (a 65 Mustang) on an 18 yearolds budget....no money, and it turned out ok.
