suggestions building circuit disable
Does anyone have any suggestions on building a remote controlled ignition disabler? I'm looking for something that can ground the coil wire or cut the fuel pump circuit to shut off a car remotely.
This would go on Andy Gardners fox boxy that he drives on 2 wheels. This way his crew could press a button and shut the car off in an emergency situation.
Any suggestions?

wouldn't it make sense to look into a remote start? There's got to be a way to reverse the circuitry in that. What works to start something must also work to kill it....

EMP? guess that might be bad...
Here is one I found that has about a 1/4 mile range according to the site, they say it can be extended as well.

Although when I looked at the price...not the chaepest 700+, but might be cheap insurance if it works.

Problem is that one is only a add on to a system and not the actual system. I like the last like that was posted. That got me thinking about using a kids dirt bike ignition kill.
