What about starting near Gettysburg, cruising down 15 (2 or 3 lanes) along the Catoctin Mountains, then down 15/340 (2 or 3 lanes) down through Harper's Ferry and ending in Charles Town, WV for some food and gambling? Just a thought.

Haha thought that might appeal to most people. Looks like it's only 70 miles or so from point to point, but I guess some of you guys could meet up and cruise up to the Gettysburg area?
