2014 Cruise/Meet Suggestion Thread

Happy new year, Stangers!! 2013 wasn't as great a year for get togethers, but I'd like to change that.

This year, rather than posting up "what/when do we do something", waiting around for people to respond and agree, then not doing anything, I'm going to have you all post suggestions on this central post. Each month, I'll select one, and throw out dates. I'll select the best possible date within a week, and set it up!  If you can make it, great, if not, we'll see you at the next one!

Please post up suggestions for cruises or meets and feedback about them  here! A variety of activities & locations would be great!

I have not been to summit point sense 1986...damn ,do they even still race there? Budwiser Racing...Wilie T Ribbs and David Hobbs, Ford Racing (in Mustangs) was Lynn St James ? and of course Paul Newman for Bob Sharp that was a fun day.

id love for there to be some sorta weekly meet. I know a Jeep club im in they meet up every Thursday at the same restaurant. to the point where they get specials on food and drinks. I think that's awesome not only for the deals but doing it every week makes it so if u miss this week ya don't have to wait till next month only till next week. and as far as ideas for activities id say bowling, billiards and firearms ;) not all at the same time of course! lol

Feel free to suggest and set up a weekly meet, and those who feel like showing up, just might. Everyone is welcome to participate, throw ideas out there, and show that they actually want to be a member of the club.

I do my best to organize a monthly cruise/meet, and it seems like interest is waning, so frankly, I don't really have the moxie I used to, especially when I took the time to put together a cruise, then no one showed up, even after they said they would. /rant
