Black friday anyone??

So Suzanne and I are in Delaware for the holiday weekend. She talked me into getting up This morning at 4a.m.. Didn't go to bed until 2. We get up, and head out. We get to Walmart in Rehobeth by 4:45 and OMFG, the line was wrapped completely around the freaking shopping center. (had to be a couple thousand ppl there) Anyway, they opened at 5, we get in, got what we came for and got out. Amazing deals. Ppl were rolling out w/ numerous big screens among other stuff.

As for us, we came out w/ a new HP desk top package for her, cordless phones for the house, 3 GPS's, and a couple other little things. I must say, the savings on this stuff was def worth the trouble. then we hit the outlets for a lil more shopping. Went to breakfast, got back around 9 a.m. My REAR went to bed and I just got up. Still tired as all get out.

Anyone else crazy enough to do this today??

You are braver than most B, def stay away from that madness, went out a few years back and NEVER again if I can help it....

Kudos to you and Suzanne for braving the ginormous crowds!! I stayed FAR, FAR away!! i worked a couple hours this morning, so i used that as an excuse not to go....but i did cheat a bit and do some shopping on the computer. GOOD DEALS there too!!!!!

oh and by the way, you got me my supercharger i asked for, right?!!! LOL

yea im in ocean pines right now...i was thinking about it but a 9:00 tee time sounded 10X better...

The g/f and I looked through the sale papers and a little bit online, but watched Wall-e instead, went to bed at 3am and slept til nearly 10am. That was much better IMO! I'm saving my shopping spree until sometime in late Jan/early Feb for more car parts! This past year was primarily appearance mods, whereas this next time will be all go fast parts(N/A)!!!!!

yea it was a mad house even at 5pm in annapolis mall.....stopped in after work to try some TIms on, look for a wallet, and chk the wait at hair cuttery....1hr wait at 5pm...wtf...guess bc im used to barber shops...10min wait lol..

yeah walmart was nuts...but it was fun too at the same time. Bernie and I got alot of laughs!!! You should have seen me running the store ducking in and out of clothing racks to get to the back...it was like a damn obstacle course I laughed the whole way!!!! :duu:

now i know some are alll about the 1/4 mile but I havent seen any obstacle course threads yet...LOL!

Yeah it was exactly like that...running through elbows out and giggling the whole way! WHen I got to the back of the store I practically jumped on a pyramid of PC's yelling, "SCORE!!!"

HAHAHHAHAHA...the funniest thing of all is...I'd do it again too!
