I believe it was eBay last month or so that had a '92 or '93 South Carolina unmarked car that was never put in service with less than 100 miles for around $24K.

Help! I am looking at a 1991 LX SSP... The guy wants $7500 for it... It was never marked and it apears to a government car. It has been re-painted but with the original color.. Unfortunatly it looks like Maaco did the job. The owner changed the exhaust, it has an X-pipe, cold air induction... I couldn't read the buck tags for the DSO (but it does have 2 tags) so I am not sure yet about the location where it was. The car is a Sport so it has all of the options and the GT seats it has 74,000 miles on it... It is fairly clean no rust and has all of its body tags except the front bumper cover. Do you think this car is worth it?? Thank you...
