how to install springs

i just picked up some lowering springs for the bullitt,,,,,i would like to do the install myself,,,,,,,the thing is iv never done this but i know its not that difficult ,,,,so my question is can someone give me a rundown on the steps i should take to get this mod installed ,,,,a video or pics would be nice ,,,,i know a few of you have done this ,,,,if you could tell me what i should look out for if ther are some tricky areas,,,,i will be doing front and rears ,,,,,,,thanks for the help!!!!!!!

A few of us are going up to bob's shop on the 15th for a tech day and one of the things they are going to do is install springs. If you can go you can see it done before you try.

wish i could but driving from nashville to maryland is a haul for me

oh sorry I forgot you are in nashville.....yeah that would be a long drive to watch someone install springs.
