Ok since we got 5 people I will call around to get us a great price

Im looking for a set of 4.10's

^^^and a driver mod

I can install them for $200 at my shop. Check with the other shops price because you still need a install kit and oil. I can get install kits for $30. The oil is 75w140 synthetic they take less than 3 quarts and can get it anywhere. I also can get good prices on FRPP gears with my shops discount through Drivetrain Specialist. I buy lots from them. It takes 2 days to get them.

well i was calling around what kind of discount can you get for 5 set of gears

I just checked and its $149. I thought they could do better than that. Not even with buying 5 sets. Whats your best? I like using DTS atleast for their install kits. They are SWEET!

Bob is the 149 for the ford racing gears? If so I think we have our first quote $379 + gear oil. ($149 for gears + $200 install + $30 for the kit)

Figure $400 total plus fluids to be on the safe side. There is shipping on the gears and the shim kit.

Is this the best deal we got or is this still in the works?

Honestly if I did it any cheaper than that I would be giving away my labor. Any less than that and its not worth it. Be careful who does them because it takes time to set up correctly but yet easy to mess up.

I have a set of Ford Racing 4.10`s in stock that Ill do out the door for $450. It takes 2.5qts of 75W140 which is $15 per qt. then a bottle of friction modifier. All that comes out to the extra $50.

I just talked to Chris he said We can do the ford racing 4.10 or 3.73 8.8 gears installed with BG synthetic fluid and friction modifier.for $425.00

Agreed we fix other shops gear installs all the time

I can vouch for Torey and chris. They do all my work.

They fixed the install I had done elsewhere...

Sometimes cheaper isn't better...esp with gears. Mine whined like a b*tch and was annoying. So I basically ended up paying almost double since I had to get them fixed.

They just put 4.10's in my 2010 and they rock not a peep either. I agree with the other guy you shouldn't let anybody do your gears.

If he will do them for 425 then more power to him but I know what my times worth and it wouldn't be worth it for me to do for thatt price.

Not trying to step on anyones toes but we buy 20 to 30 sets of gears at a time and buy BG fluid at bulk rates

Oh almost forgot if you need a sct chip or tuner we have them in stock also
