i went with the magnaflow x pipe with high flow cats and steeda shorty headers.stock with cold air intake had 29 more rwhp and 34 rwtq.after supercharger the box tune frrom whipple had to be "de-tuned" because my block is stock.the shop i used in chicago were very experienced and race in the nmra efi renegade class.wich they won last year.they told me the stock 4.6 3 valve is good "safely" for 430-440 rwhp.should not have more than 11 psi on a stock lower end.but if you free up that exhaust you should make alot more power to the wheels.

checked into these cars when i got my stage 2.all the roush cars dont have there seals cracked except for the p-51's.the district manager from roush i delt with when i ordered my car said that those blowers on the 427&stage3 are good for about 360-380 rwhp @6 psi dependin on the tune.never asked about their pulley upgrade though.

i checked on them in '07 when they first came out.so mabey they do.if i was you i'ld throw it on a dyno and they should be able to tell ya what all the numbers are.last time i had it done it was like 60 or 70 bucks.but well worth it in my opinon just to know where you're at.helped me to decide where 2 go 2 next.

How are your suspension and tires? Gotta make sure you can put the power to the ground. That could be a good route for upgrading

ya but those tires are junk.i have the same ones from roush.cooper zeons right?they are very hard tires.im gettin the nitto nto5's.they should be out this month.i hear they are nice tires.cross between their nto1's(drage radials) and the n555r's.these should make a huge diffrence for me.now 1'st is basically worthless.i just sit and burn.gotta walk it out slow and let all the "comp" think they are doin good.the tread wear on the nittos is 110 and the coopers are 220 or 240 i believe.but that would be the next move i would make if i were you.

i couldnt agree more.before my blower the first thing i did was beef up the rear end suspension.on my stage 2 and on the 427's all roush gives u are bigger front and rear sway bars, spings, shocks.you should get some after market rear control arms and an upper 3rd link.i got steeda upper and lower.HUGE difference.got rid off all the wheel hop.also i got 3.73's in the rear.that would be another great upgrade for you.just got my roush adjustable pan hard bar, roush axel cover, steeda upgrade kit for the upper link, steeda bumpsteer kit, adjustable camber plates, and x5 ball joints.plan on having those installed in a week or 2.but for straight line racing the rear control arms (upper and lower) are a definate must.if your interested i can get you in contact with my friend in ohio who is a parts manager at a ford dealership.the dealership is an authorized steeda dealership.his dad is a parts manager at an authorized roush dealership.i usually get my stuff through them.its ALOT cheeper.

unless the dealership installed 3.73's after it was delivered from roush than you have either the stock 3.33 or 3.55's.roush doesnt upgrade the rear.did you order the car or buy it off the show room floor?i ordered mine.so like i said if you got it off the floor than maybey the dealership put 3.73's in.if you have the window sticker still that should tell you what it came from flatrock mi. with.as far as the tires go thats up to you.i just know that i need better ones for the power im puttin down.i was told that a good set of ultra-high or max performance tires will make a huge dif in my ability to hook the car up.and yes if youre havin trouble with wheel hop or just spinnin the tires from a dead stop than the rear control arms are the next thing you would want to upgrade.thats my opinion.but if youre already in 3rd or 4th when you get on it i guess it wouldnt be that big of a deal

Roush looks sweet but I trust my power to Saleen. Hence the Roush front fascia and rear spoiler but Saleen shocks, struts, springs, front sway bar and supercharger.
Throw in a little BMR, Steeda, Nitto and Cervinis then you have the bombdiggitty 'stang . . .but that's just me
