Cowl hood painting ideas...

I just purchased a Cervini cowl hood. I was curious if you guys have any ideas/suggestions on how I should paint it? I have some ideas, but wanted to get some of your guy's inputs........thanks!

I always liked the way the black and gold 89 saleens pinstriped the side of the cowl
A nice pinstripe into a fade like the side of your car I think would look nice
Would be way too much black to make the cowl black, and I dont see it flowing.
Are you going to be able to see over the hood? Need a phonebook?

http://www.cruizinconceptswholesale.com/images/hoods/ford/mustang/trufiber/trufiber_cobrarhood2_lg.jpg you could do something like this. But instead of white black. And follow the edge of the cowl not the bumper. Ill see if i can find something similar. Ive seen something like it before and it looks good when its done right
