CF mirror covers

So I ordered these Carbon Fiber mirror covers from American Muscle last week and got them the other day. After checking the fitmet/placement of the covers, the P/S cover is too small and cut with a nice wave. Called AM back and they sent me another set, I just opened the box and checked them, the P/S cover is still too small and looks like some kid cut halfway and stopped. JLT makes the covers, according to the instructions, so I give them a call and talk to a rep there that thinks I'm "badgering and harrassing" him. "We use the same mold for all our covers and never had a problem" So I said "Do you also hire preschoolers to cut these, because they aren't even cut straight. You should have a quality program so customers don't have to badger you"

LOL, it kills me how these companies say you are "Badgering" them when you are just exercising your right as a consumer that wasn't satisfied with the product. Tell them you have a lot of Mustang friends that will spread the word about their costumer service practices and they are sure to look at things differently. As for AM, they shouldn't be selling garbage like that. They too should refund you and then some...

Yeah really, I'm just supposed to accept that fact that one piece of this product is defective, your company produced a defect and be ok with it. Yeah hell no!!
