High Performance Driving School in the area?
Hey Guys,
I'm looking into taking a day course with a High Performance Driving School just to polish up on some skills, and of course learn techniques that could possibly save my life in the future if I get myself into some sort of pickle.
Does anyone know of, or recommend any schools in the area? Preferably a school with their own cars. Any comments/feedback would be helpful.
Thanks!

Alright, I was thinking somewhere between $500 and $800. That possible, or am I crazy?

How about you just take a drift lesson.

I want more than just drift lessons. I want to be put in adverse conditions at high speeds and be able to react correctly to them. (Not overcorrecting by instinct, etc.) Only looking to better my skills here.

Well, boy do I know he is. But shouldn't it be his saying, not yours? haha
Re: High Performance Driving School in the area?
Nope I volunteer Mike for everything... like helping me build a shed... helping people learn how to drive... helping me eat a Firey Hawaiian pizza, or spending ungodly amounts of money when having fun...

Mike's a pro...
Try Summit Point, there used to be a school there, but i don't think that is what you have in mind.

I also know a guy that works at summit point and has his own shop in Annapolis his name is alan at 151 motorsports. He teaches lots of classes. Every once in a while he brings in some wheels to be modified to my work.

Drifting is a blast but when I learned in the early nineties in Japan it was just a street thing. A lot of things have changed since those days, mainly H/P to the rear tires! I'd like to do that stuff again but be my luck I'd wrinkle some crap up! Sorry for cussing
