2005 Homesteader 8x24 enclosed trailer

Up for sale is a 2005 Homesteader 8x24 enclosed trailer. This trailer is white in color with rear hatch door, side door and racing hatch door. Has new 15" tires. Trailer was inspected in march of 2012 where I had bearings packed and cleaned. I also has new chains, break away battery, and Pro Series Trunnion weight distribution system installed (new). This will be included in sale. I replaced the jack with a Pro Series 5K with new jack foot. Trailer has been freshly painted inside with new motion battery operated lights throughout the inside. I installed a stainless trash can holder, with trash can, stainless rubber glove wall mount holder and stainless steel wall fire extinguisher holder with fire extinguisher. I also have tire straps that I will include. I just installed a nice diamond plated box in the front to store things as well. Trailer was detailed this spring and triple wax coated and all metal trim polished. I also have five 5' e tracks that I purchased and never mounted that I will include. I have canvass tire covers to protect wheels from elements that will be included. This trailer is located in Pasadena MD 21122. I can be reached at 443 677 5137. Have clear title in hand. Yes, just have made the decision to start driving it and take some time to enjoy the car. Not to mention it turned out to be more of a hassle and more time consuming than I thought. Very nice set up. The truck just sits in my garage and I barely drive it. Just cant see paying for two vehicles that I really dont use.
