Help me install my louvers??

So I've got these SHR flush mount louvers hanging around, and I recall someone saying they had installed them, and someone else saying they have the install kit. I started wondering if these folks would emerge from the woodwork again, and offer to assist me with the installation of mine....

Anyone wanna help a chick out?

Inreresting, I am in the same boat! I just got my roush louvers today......and wouldn't mind some assistance as well. I know it's probably easy, but I, and I'm sure Bethel doesn't want to eff it up.


What do you say about getting together this week Bethel and putting them on....or even this weekend?

Aren't the roush louvers 3M?

3M??? as in 3M adhesive tape.....

Mine are the SHR flush mount louvers that replace the glass. The Roush are easy, so no prob if you want to get together and install those...

there 3 small brackets with small screws to install the roush louvers

do you have the adhesive promoter Rora? The Roush louvers can be done in about 20min but the SHR will take a few hours.

I have installed the SHR louvers and still have the removal kit. I'm on my week off starting next Tuesday. Bethel, do you have the adhesive to install the louvers?
The Roush louver can't be too hard to install.

I have to go get the adhesive, hopefully tomorrow. Weather sucks, plus my momma is in town so I'm trying to meet up with her. I figure it would be easy.........just good to get some support.

Bethel, I got the install kit (adhesive promoter and windshield adhesive) directly from SHR.

rora i can believe u havent installed them yet... the second i get something i wanna put it on!

you can go to your local adhesive dealer near you....

Juan, I just don't have a local adhesive dealer....Could you recommend one?

I went to a few places for the adhesive promoter and no one had it so i ended up ordering it off the web. goodluck finding it.

And ill help either of you (or both of you) if you want on saturday morning (provided my own installs on friday workout and my car still runs lol). Ive put on roush covers before but never the flush mount.

For the flush mount I would just ask my local window installer for a tube of thier black adhesive.

They would prolly just give yuo a tube for free since you're a chick...
