I had a Tremec TKO in my '65 Fastback. I beleive that your Best Bet is to go with a Clutch Cable set up. On my old '65 Fastback, I had my pedal Moded for a cable. I have a pic if you need one. The pedal felt xxxxxxxx times better,plus you less parts to bind,break etc. I used the same hole in the firewall for the cable as clutch rod went thru.. Also,I used a firwall adjuster.
