If you do not have any codes in the computer you will pass.

Also if they did not turn off the rear o2 sensors you will pass.

If it's the same as VA, all monitors must be in "ready" status. You can check that with a scanner (most shops will have one) or a plug in OBDII readiness monitor (I've got one of those). That will take all the guesswork out of it, so you don't waste your time in line only to fail. It took months for my 06GT to pass. Changing the tune didn't help. Drive cycles didn't help. Turns out it was a broken wire on an 02 sensor, and then a bad cat.

You won't have to change anything you're good as is. The only thing they MIGHT visually check for are CEL and cats.

You dont have to worry about the intake or tune. If you really think about it, Not only does the intake help the engine breath but it gives you more MPGS, And lower emmisions and the tune helps to refine that. With added power more MPGS and a better running engine. And why didnt ford think of this?....................Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

No kidding, guess Ford likes to keep a tight lid on things. Have to go aftermarket to let the pony gallop free.
