I can't go back to CRAP-tol until I get a helmet. Damn Maryland dragway rules, it's 12.99 on the gulf coast for a helmet!

Those are either NHRA or IHRA rules. At capitol is IHRA. I was lucky they let me run with an expired helmet last week.

What are the rules for a helmet at capital less than 14?

Yeah, 13.99 or faster.

I have a helmet now and I don't know if I should go to capitol or go to 75-80 dragway.
