Hurst short throw Empty Hurst short throw

I've had this shifter for about a 18 months and really like it but it has always had a buzzing noise during accel. I called Hurst, they have a fix for it but would need a receipt. I've got mine and I'm glad they have a fix!! They don't sell it!

Every short shifter i ever used transmitted drivetrain noise into the car but i never paid it any mind.

Although I have heard of the issues with noise and rattling from the hurst I have never had any issues with mine

Yep, mine rattles a bit when hauling ass in 4th, but I don't pay it no mind.

+1, I love mine. I love this shifter more than my old Pro 50. Sorry your having issues though.

I've also heard the the Hurst suffers from vibration and noise issues, but that's the way a sports/sporty car is supossed to be!!!!!
