Fair price? Empty Fair price?

I'm having my Duratec 2.3L head resurfaced and a 3-angle valve job (4v head). I was quoted $325, is this about a fair price? I'm new to this.

Pretty much should include a hot tank before and after machine work, but the main cost is the setup. Same for online or v engines as its a one time setup of the valve machine, and lapping.

Also includes disassembly and reassembly.

Yeah, it includes a soda blast as well.

Roche Racing Engines is where I'm taking it. I was referred there by an overwhelming majority of the X275 and Outlaw group on yellowbullet and I figured if heads up racing teams trust his work, it must be good. I gave Brian Roche a call on Wednesday and he was good guy to talk to and seemed straight forward.
