MCOM EASTERN SHORE CRUISE 2009

When: Saturday, June 20, 2009
Who: Club members, Mustang owners, family, friends & club supporters are invited to
join the cruise.
What: The event includes a scenic cruise along the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The route will take us through historic small towns along the bay, across the Tred Avon River on a car ferry boat between Oxford, MD & Bellevue, MD and into St. Michaels, MD. While in St. Michaels, we will explore the town, museum, local shops & get some good food at a local seafood restaurant.
Where: There will be four locations where you can join the cruise:
1. Carney Park-n-Ride located off Harford Rd just north of Baltimore; 2. I-95
Chesapeake House Service Area/Rest Stop located in Cecil County; 3. Park-n-
Ride located at the intersection of Rt50 & Rt404 just north of Easton, MD; 4. St.
Michaels, MD

SCHEDULE:
08:30AM - 09:00AM Meet at the Carney Park-n-Ride and leave by 9AM
09:00AM - 09:40AM Cruise to the I-95 Chesapeake House Service Area/Rest Stop located in Cecil County and leave by 9:45AM
09:45AM - 12:20PM Cruise to the Park-n-Ride located at the intersection of Rt50 & Rt404 just north of Easton, MD and leave by 12:30PM
12:30PM - 01:00PM Cruise to the Oxford ferry located in Oxford, MD
01:00PM - 02:00PM Cross the river on the ferry & continue on to St. Michaels, MD.
02:00PM - 05:00PM Explore the town & local shops. Eat a mid-afternoon meal at one of the seafood houses.
05:00PM - ?? Head home

Please bring some snacks & drinks to hold off your hunger since we’ll be eating midafternoon.
You will also need cash for the Tidings Bridge toll along I-95 ($5) and the Oxford
Ferry ($9 per car & driver, $1 additional for each passenger).
