NVMC Hershey Park Cruise Sept 22, 2012

This is a cruise to Hershey Park, in Hershey PA, This is probably my favorite amusement park in the Mid-Atlantic area. Anyone whose ever been will agree its a great time.

Date of Cruise : September 22, 2012

Meeting Location: Dulles Expo Center

Meet Time & Departure: TBD but would like to get there when the park opens 10:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm

Destination: Hershey Park,100 West Hershey Park Drive Hershey, PA 17033

Special Notes: This is an amusement park, Wear comfortable shoes, and clothing. Sunscreen & hats are recommended as well. There are water rides as well so fast drying clothes (swimming suits are recommended)



Ticket Prices are $56.95 per adult. For those with children 3-8 years old the price per child is $35.95, If we get more than 20 people then we get a group rate. I have a request sent via email to the Hershey Group Sales Department to get the group rates in writing.

I will update this thread with routes and further info as we get closer.

I'm a mega wuss when it comes to rapid drops in elevation, so amusement parks are a huge waste of money... :-(

Got the Group Planner Guide from Hershey today with the discounted pricing.

If we get 20 people the price per ticket is $41/person (9-54 years old)
junior/senior rate (3-8yrs or 55-69 yrs old) $30.50/person

Senior Plus (70+ years old) $21/person

Oh and did I mention if we get 20+ people we get 2 FREE TICKETS

We currently have 12 people going so need 8 more for the discounted rates.

One thing is you all have a lot of opportunites to hang out and cruise and once I am back I'd like to attend some of these because they sound really fun.
