Re: 6/5-7/09 Carlisle All-Ford Nationals
I still ahve not recieved my tickets??? I paid for them and have confirmation... everyone else get them in the mail???
Also... not sure yet but IF I can not run up some time this week to pick my car up... could I bum a ride up there to pick my car up????
Otherwise I might just have a friend tag along and drive the car while I drive the truck and trailor...

Will, I got confirmation as well, but no tickets in the mail. I think as long as you print off the confirmation stub, you should have no problem getting in. They should have all our info. at the gate. I could be wrong though.
As for going to get your car.......when were you looking at going to pick it up?

Re: 6/5-7/09 Carlisle All-Ford Nationals
Not sure yet. Since I missed my appointment on Friday, I am in the hands of Frank. Whenever he has time he said he will try and work me in. He said today he was going to work on it, but we will see. If he gets it done early in the week, I plan to run up in the afternoon. He isnt open on the weekend, so I was going to have him leave the keys somewhere, and I could pick it up anytime on Saturday morning.

Well, if he does get to it today and you are able to pick it up tomorrow by chance, I can easily run you up there. Just keep me in the loop and I can see what I can do. Work gets a bit hectic for me on Wednesday, otherwise let me know.

Gate 3 off k street I think is where you come in, and it appears the tent is pretty close to that point.

No need to look for tickets or anything in the mail from Carlisle. This year they stopped sending the confirmation card out in the snail mail. Some people who registered early did get a card in the mail and others like myself who was one of the real early registrants did not get one. Early on it was sort of hit or miss but for quite some time now nobody has been getting the cards.
It might be a good idea to print the email receipt that you received when you registered. But I also have a confirmed registrations list from Carlisle and your names are on it. For those of you who are registered under the BPC, if you have any problems at all at the gate call me on my cell 215-206-1455.
I don't mean to keep beating a dead horse but for the folks who are new to Carlisle, Saturday morning can be a zoo. Gates open at 7AM and it will be fairly quite and subdued until about 8AM By 9AM it will be mayhem and hopefully before then or at least by then you will be in a parking spot either in your judging area or at the BPC tent or where ever you want to be because if you ain't you will be parking someplace else.

So... there is a chance that I will not have my car back from the tuners this week . If that happens, I will have tickets and registration if someone needs it.

Does anyone have a 86? Carlisle is doing a display of the 45 years of the Mustang and they`re using my 09 for the 45th! Whoo hoo! I told them I also have a 86 (this was 3 months ago) but now sold it. So, theyre looking for a 86. Anyone have on whos going to Carlisle?

Cleaned up, back on street shoes, and already ready to go Friday. Weather for that day is looking like sh!t, so I'll likely have to clean it up again when I get there...
