I need a new inner fender. Empty I need a new inner fender.

Does anyone know where I can get new or used inner fender for my car? Its going to be either another inner fender or a JLT ram air intake. Every time I drive the car in the rain the intake sucks water and I dont want it to kill my engine. I would love for the place to be local but mail order will be okay also. Thanks
