I've seen up to 7 done before cause after wet sanding and buffing 3-4 coats can be removed to get that glass finish and the last thing you wanna do is lay it thin and burn through to the basemine1317 wrote:don't go there man, they put like 5 coats of clear coat to make it look good.

I have seen Bill's work on many a car (Bill from westminster) and it is on point! He will give you a fair price and it will be done right! BobT doesn't recommend many people but when he does trust him!

Re: painting my car...
if you don't have a temperature controlled booth Ryan to paint it, you'd be wise to wait until late sept/early october when it is less humid and cooler, even with a slow reducer, with temps as they are now it'll be tough to control the rate at which it cures, often in weather like we have now, it'll dry from the outside in and the primers as well as the paint/clear will do some fun stuff....Been there done that oneRTW0223 wrote:alright so i have decided that my friend and i are going to paint my car... the same color... and i was wondering... does anyone know where i can buy the paint from or does anyone have any hook ups?
