Re: Lowering my baby
Nate, that is Spaz's driveway! It was the day four of us were there swapping out his cams back in July. That was my coworker, Steve's '07. He only had it for about 6 weeks before he put her in the trees and sent her to an early grave I had blood and sweat in that car! Put my old Flows on the day he got it. Then a week or so later, put in the lowering springs and BMR phb. Then very soon after that the JLT CAI. I was when he said he totaled it

Re: Lowering my baby
I have the Steeda HD upper strut mounts on mine. I've never had a NVH issue with them and allowed the car to be aligned with no problems. I do however have some metallic rattle coming from the back while going over bumps. Haven't figured that one out yet...
Zak, your GT500 strut mounts aren't stronger than stock...yours are stock Better than the stock GT though You should be fine reusing your mounts since your springs won't lower it enough to cause alignment issues.

Let me know the day you want to swap your springs, Nate and I'll be there! Will's heater in your garage will be fine enough for me!
